Refund policy

At **PupCustoms**, we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind apparel that celebrates your furry best friends. Because each item is custom-made to order featuring your specific pet, our return and exchange policy is a bit different from your standard retail store.

**The "No Returns" Policy**

Because our products are **permanently customized** with your pet’s likeness, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a custom piece is printed or embroidered, it is unique to you and cannot be resold.

**Please Note:** We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or for items ordered in the wrong size. We highly encourage you to review our **Sizing Charts** carefully before placing your order.

**Damaged or Defective Items**

While we strive for perfection, we know that mistakes can happen during the "ruff" journey of shipping. If your item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect, we want to make it right!

**To qualify for a replacement:**

 1. **Contact us** within **7 days** of receiving your order.

 2. Email **hello@pupcustoms.com** with your order number.

 3. Include a **clear photo** of the damaged item and the packaging.

If the error was on our end (wrong size sent, damaged garment, or incorrect artwork), we will send out a replacement at no additional cost to you.

**Design & Photo Quality**

The quality of your custom apparel depends heavily on the photo you provide!

 **Photo Selection:** We cannot offer refunds or replacements if you are unhappy with the photo you chose after the item has been produced.

 ***Artistic Style:** By purchasing, you acknowledge that our artists use their professional judgment to translate your photo into a print or embroidery design.

 **Cancellations**

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within **2 hours** of placement. Once our design team begins working on your pet's custom artwork, we are no longer able to cancel the order or issue a refund.
